We value volunteers enormously, and so, in cooperation with youth workers in our town, we have decided, on the occasion of Volunteering Week, for the first time in almost 4 years, to honour their deeds.
The work of volunteers has been, and still is of great value to the town and its residents, truly vital. Especially in these difficult times, whether pandemic or war-stricken, solidarity, empathy and a willingness to be there for others have awakened in many of us. That is why we want to give such people with their hearts in the right place the recognition they deserve for their willingness to be there for others.
We would therefore like to invite you to nominate volunteers who, in your opinion, should be honoured this year.
Nominations are open in 3 categories:– INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEER and their deed.
– ASSOCIATION or ORGANISATION and its LONG-TERM volunteer work.
– VOLUNTEER PROJECT or PROGRAMME and its activity.
In all categories, this can be in the field of associations, hobbies, community life, sport or culture. Or anything that has benefited the town and its residents.
Nominations are made via the form at this link: https://forms.gle/398ZGF7C2s5pS1Qb6
Let's honour the volunteers of Spišská Belá together!
