Dear health workers, dear teachers, teaching and non-teaching staff, thank you for everything you do for us. We value your work.
Today is Giving Tuesday – the international day of giving. #GivingTuesday is a celebration of generosity, giving and volunteering. It is a day when good deeds are celebrated around the world and kindness is spread.
Today we spread kindness by thanking our health workers, the teachers at our primary, special, nursery and art schools, and all school staff. We thanked them for the work they do for us, which is twice as demanding during the pandemic, and for their perseverance, willingness and dedication to their jobs. As a token of our gratitude, we gave them a badge and handmade decorations that are sure to bring a smile.
We also thank all the rest of you whom we were not able to thank in person like this. We value the work of every single one of you.
